Hi Experts, Please could you guide me regarding the Report which should fulfill below requirement:-
1. The report should provide the time spent by each support groups in an Incident. 2. The report should provide the work logs corresponding to the specific support groups per Incident. 3. We are having SLA based on the specific support organisation, so we do require the report which will highlight the complete SLA detail per support organization wise. ex - Support Organization A having Service Target A like wise B ,C D. So if in a case all Support Organizations worked & respectively service targets A,B,C.D getting attached & detached. So we do require the report which will highlight how much effort spent by each support organization on each case etc. Early response will be highly appreciated.
