Hi, Thanks everyone for your response. So it means I can simply start installing AR server after installing Java 8 and Apche Tomcat 8.0.24 (Linux and Oracle already installed by our network team). Are there any other specific setting we should take care of before starting AR server installation

Hi, 1. If Jarl Grøneng says no client is needed for Remedy version 9, I would take his word for it. For earlier versions the Oracle client is needed on the AR Server if the DB is installed on a separate machine. 2. In my script I describe how I did it, and I use Apache for many other things. But
