Seeking a Senior Remedy Developer for a full time position in the Atlanta,
GA area, the position is actually located in Suwanee, GA about 30 miles
northeast of Atlanta. This full time position will be on site and will NOT
be open to remote work.

Requirements:
Five or more years experience in administering Remedy ARS
infrastructure(s) and developing ARS applications, current version is
7.6.04.
Remedy Administrator/Developer certification (preferred)
CLM/Cloud Life Cycle Management (preferred)
Experience with CMDB including creating custom classes/custom
attributes/custom workflow.
Expert knowledge of administering BMC Remedy ARS including
ITSM/Problem/Incident/Change/SLM, etc.
Able to install and configure the BMC Remedy ARS, Mid Tier, and email
Engine
Able to perform upgrades as needed.
Provide support of ARS applications. To include: developing technical
documentation, assisting with the development of end-user documentation,
interfacing with application owners and the IT Help Desk.
Perform some server and application administration as required, mostly
Windows some Linux.
Expert knowledge of programming with BMC Remedy ARS.
Develop and administrator BMC Remedy ARS applications and
implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, alerts,
filters, escalations, menus, and other related components
Develop ARS applications for approved IT projects.
Perform ARS application troubleshooting
Translate business requirements into technical design documents
Assist Management to define the business requirements, determine scope,
estimate work effort, and determine duration of development and unit test
