ITSM Architect
Seeking an ITSM skilled architect to drive internal Unisys Information Technology projects and regularly interface with leaders to drive high priority initiatives.
In addition, incumbent must have client facing skills to leverage expertise in external customer engagements.
Incumbent must be able to independently prioritize and escalate issues for resolution
Requirements and Preferences:
Require practical ITSM experience and an integrator of ITSM with other systems, not just a user of the tools and systems.
- Minimum 5 years ARS experience
- Minimum 3 years ITSM experience
- Good knowledge of AIE
- Good knowledge of CMDB and CDM
- Good knowledge of web services
- Previous experience in integration between ITSM and various external data sources.
- Good analytical skills, experience in requirement analysis and design
- Independent and goal oriented worker
- Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) or Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) certificate a plus
Preferably Dallas area - although not a requirement
