*** MUST KNOW HOW TO DEVELOP IN BMC SERVICE REQUEST MANAGEMENT (SRM), BMC AR 
SYSTEM, OR BMC IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) *** 

* Develop / configure new service request functionality within BMC Service 
Request Management (SRM) based on agreed business requirements (includes forms, 
workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus, & other related components) 
* Assist with building integrations to / from SRM (includes web services) 
* Work closely with project/support team and business resources on design, 
development, and changes related to SRM functionality 
* Own resolution of assigned issue tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and 
recommend / implement fixes 
* Provide break-fix support for forms & workflow within SRM 
* Document solution design, configurations, and development work 
* Develop time estimates for work requests as needed 

This is a 1 year extendable contract and the resource must be able and willing 
to work ONSITE. No remote.
