- Basic Remedy Admins with 2+ years experience - Mid-Level Remedy Developers with ITSM, SRM, and Analytic s experience - Senior Remedy Architects that can oversee developers/admin and implement OOB solution to meet client requirements, processes, and procedures - Must have experience with ITSM Suite preferably 7.6.04 or at minimum 7.6.03 - All candidates must be US Citizens.
