Hello, I found some bug in Single Sign On from JSS. We considered in my company to buy this plugin but my security specialist did not accept this plugin. Because If you installing plugin for BMC Remedy User, you can easy extract universal password from the windows register where the plugin is installed. If you have this universal password you can log-in to remedy for any username. I contacted with producer of this plugin, but he not respond. I don't want to public how extract this password, But if you are interested please contact with me to my email.
