We're using the ITSM Suite in full (incident, change, problem. eventually the CMDB will be active too) and the default home page is the IT Home. If that works in a similar manner to the regular AR Home page, then having duplicated application options would cause too much confusion. I'll see if we

I have only worked with ITSM 8 a few times...but I believe that there is workflow on the 'default home page' that limits the application lists to the server that is listed in the configuration as the home page server...so, if that's your LB server, then it wouldn't be an issue thereand you
