Notification in Japanese text

Hi All, I am running ARS/ITSM 7.0 and would like to know the steps to send custom and out-of-the-box notifications in Japanese language. In addition to installing japanese language pack, what else do i need to do, in order to receive and send notifications in Japanese? thank you, sonia

Never tried this, but just a thought. Set the locale to japaneese on people records so that when sys:notification messages is looked up, lookup criteria includes locale. Since you mentioned custom notifications, assuming you the messages are placed in sys:notification messages fork, create new
