Hello Folks, I was wondering if anyone had integrated Openfire 3.8.1 or 4.0.1 with ARS 9.0 (no ITSM). I have been following the documentation https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ars81/Installing+and+configuring+the+Openfire+chat+server and https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ars81/Configuring+the+BMC+Remedy+AR+System+server+to+work+with+the+chat+server I created a form with a DVF field. When i open the form in the browser, I get the error message "Object doesn't support this property or method". I have pasted the screen-capture below;
Is there something that i missed? Is it possible to integrate ARS with Openfire? Thanks in advance for all your help..
