Dustin, So I have to make an assumption. Your attachment is NOT stored in the same form where the username and program name( the notification triggers) are located. Have you tried setting up a join between your attachment form and the main form. You'll need to add a field to act as a key to link the join. Then run your escalation against the join. The attachment will be part of the join form an available to the Notification workflow. I use a method like this to send out annual briefing pdf's to our staff. I have one copy of the pdf stored in my attachment form and when joined to the staff form the escalation sends an email to each person requiring the pdf. This makes it easy to update the pdf by replacing the file stored in the attachment form.

I have a need to send out an HTML email with a file attachment. I have a custom form that contains a user ID, a program name and a status field. If the record has a specific value in the program name and has an active status, I need to send an email to the value in the user ID field. I have templates set up for the header, content and footer. I tried using an escalation to perform a Notify action. It works as far as sending out the message based on the qualification, but it doesn't include the attachment. I used the AR System Email Messages form to create a message. I can get it to send out the message successfully with the attachment. However, when I populate the "AR System Server", "AR System Form" and "Qualification" fields under Advanced Options > Variable Replacement, it errors out but the Errors tab contains nothing. Has anyone done this aside from potentially using a third-party program via a Run Process action? Thanks!
