ARSListers, We've recently upgraded ARS and Midtier to 7.1 patch 1 and now we're having an intermittent problem that I'm hoping someone has a fix for. The functionality has worked for 2 years before this upgrade. The problem does not occur in the WUT. We're on a custom form (Form A) and on return in a field, a dialog opens. When the dialog opens, it covers only a portion of the screen and Form A is greyed out in the background. On the dialog form is a table from which the user makes a selection then clicks save and the data transfers back to Form A and closes the dialog. All this works. However, all the fields on Form A are still greyed out. There is no way to continue to use the system. As I said, this is intermittent but happens most of the time. The dialog may work 2 or 3 times and then Form A gets "stuck" in greyed out mode. ARS 7.1, patch 1 Midtier 7.1, patch 1 Tomcat 5.5.17 Windows 2003 Java 1.5.0_14 Thanks for any suggestions.
