ARS 6.3 Patch 21 SLA 6.0 Hoping somene remembers the good ol' SLA 6 days :o)I have an SLA where the Resolution time is 4 hours. If I resolve the ticket in 3 hours, The SLA status changes from In Progress to Met. If for any reason I reopen the ticket no new SLA is attached. Is there a way to do
