I found the post. Looks like I was getting closer with enabling 32 Bit compatibility in IIS but there was another step I was missing.
However, I was under a tight time frame so I had the VM team build out a 32 bit host instead. I had the host built and Remedy installed in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for your help.
