I have a simple service target defined for IM. The start measuring qualification is: 'Outbound' = 0 OR 'Outbound' = $\NULL$ This works just fine. The "Stop when" condition should be: 'Outbound' =1 OR 'Status' >= "Resolved" This does not work. If I save an Incident with an Outbound Work Info record the Outbound field correctly updates to 1 (assuming it was zero before...) but the status of the ST remains "In Progress". If I switch the "Stop When" to: 'Outbound' =1 ...then everything works fine - the ST gets set to a status of "Met". Anyone have a clue? This is pretty straightforward logic.
