Hello, Has anyone out there had any luck with a third-party solution for sending high-volume SMS and voice text-to-speech messages?
My company is currently looking for a solution to live alongside our email engine functionality, it can be a direct Remedy plugin or a third-party API but it should simply accept lists of numbers and text to deliver as SMS or text-to-speech. Any information or experience in this matter is welcome.
