Following several rounds of testing, we're now attempting to initialize the Service Request form and associated data before rollout. According to support, there is no means to remove the SRM test data, they're recommending a completely fresh install and re-configuration. Considering the time investment we've already made in development, we are looking for other alternatives. Has anyone identified all the SRM forms one would need to purge the system while retaining SRD's, AOT's, PDT's, etc...? Thanks in advance. - Don
