The TMS:Task and TMS:TaskGroup forms' Task User permissions on the fields became read-only. We try to change it but there is no read write option. Users cannot modify the Task Template inspite of having Task User Permission. Did some research and found out that z1D Char 10 field on TMS:Task and TMS:TaskGroup form has Task User permission. On Prod System, the permission is Read Only, where as On UAT the same field has Read Write Permission. Is there a way to make that Task User permission on Prod System Read Write? ARS 7.1, ITSM 7.0.3 P008, Oracle DB, Solaris OS.
