Hi Listers, We are looking to upgrade ITSP 4.0 on ARS 6.3 Patch 23, Solaris 8 and Oracle 10.1.0.4.0 64bit to ARS 7.1, Solaris 10 and Oracle 10.2.0.3.0 64bit.
Has anyone carried out the same if so could you share what all are to be looked after and also regarding the licenses for ITSP.
