Hello All, We have upgraded one of our ARSystem servers and Midtier to 7.5 patch 7 from 7.0.01 patch 8.
We are encountering "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException" on websphere application server, which is causing 500 error to uses. We don't have an option other than restarting the web application servers for every 30 mins, otherwise the application is not responding. I am attaching the logs, Please take a look and let me know if you have any solution for this. Mid Tier is installed on Solaris. Here is o/s and web server information O/S - Sun Solaris 10 Websphere 7 .21 (32 bit) Mid Tier 7.5 Patch 7 AR System is installed on the Windows box O/S - Windows 2003 server.
