forgot to answer your port question. IIS defaults to 80 and 443. Tomcat defaults to 8080 and 8443. You can see what tomcat is set to in the server.xml file in the Tomcat install directory. From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList)

I would eliminate IIS as others have pointed out. Additionally, what you do with SSL certification will depend on your load balancer more than just Remedy so I’d suggest working more on the side of whoever maintains your load balancer because they’ll know what you need to put in your
