Honestly... if you get someone in Austin, Atlanta, or California, you will get
your ticket resolved and in a manner that speaks to the old Remedy support

DL for Laptop (Dell Laptop) and then the asset ID which is the next
available number in field ID 1
DD for Desktop (Dell Desktop)
M for Monitor
LP for Printer (Lexmark Printer)
It makes sense. From there it is the actual asset number. We have no
