It would help us to help you if you would tell us the following:

1.       What customer companies do you have configured in your ITSM 
implementation?

2.      What Company is the customer from the ticket where you’re seeing the 
task error from?

3.      What Company is the Product Categorization on your task associated 
with, -Global- or a specific company?

4.      What Access Restrictions, if any, does the person trying to relate the 
tasks to the Incident/Change record have in his/her user profile? (This 
information is available on the Login/Access Details tab)

Hello Team,



I am unable to relate task template/create adhoc task at the time of creation 
of incident(s)/change(s) tickets in 8.1 environment.



It throws the below error message all time:

The product categorization information is not valid for the specified company, 
"". (ARERR 1291047).



But even though the product categorization and its association with the 
respective company is all fine, it is throwing the error message.



Could you please help me in getting this issue fixed?
