Bruce, we are using Remedy ARS 8.1. 3 Mid-tier servers. Apart from that we got a Business Objects 4.1 SP5 server on which we installed another mid-tier (the installer wouldn't allow you to install the viewer only anymore). In the end, we just want users to print. And we got all the .rpt

Hello Bruce, we installed and configured Mid-Tier on our Business Objects 4.1 SP5 server. When we try to run a Report we get this error message: Failed to process the request!! Adding Crystal Report "PrintIncident.rpt" failed. No authentication credentials were provided to the FRS. (FWB 00058)

Hello Listers, we installed and configured Mid-Tier on our Business Objects 4.1 SP5 server. When we try to run a Report we get this error message: Failed to process the request!!Adding Crystal Report "PrintIncident.rpt" failed. No authentication credentials were provided to the FRS. (FWB 00058)
