DMT Tool in 8.x

Hello Listers, We are in the procress of going from 7.6.04 to 8.1. I have a question. I do alot of data imports using the DMT tool, in 7.6.04 it was pretty easy, drop the file into the directory and launch the tool. In 8.1, I know there is not much difference, when I go to create a job, it is
