The problem is that if you don't refer to your server using the FQDN, and just
the short, you would want your URL to be
https://arsweb8.ars.unt.edu:8443/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=NTE%3aNotifierserver=remedy7eid=NTS00332045
but Remedy doesn't allow any
qualified domain
name, just not what you want)?

When you say that the server is wrong, what exactly
We cannot seem to locate where Remedy stores the AR server name that it
inserts into the URL on a notification.
ARS 7.5
SQL Server
Windows OS
For example:
The URL in the email is something like this:
http://webserve...ARServer...12345
in URLs in new records created in AR System Email Messages and
changes it to the correct server.
