I finally figured out where it all is set to change the table view on the Support Console. I can't believe it took me this long to figure that out... it is such a newbie thing. Changing it is what is now causing me the problem.
This is the Qualification that sets the table based on what is selected in the "Console View" field out of the box. The Myself and the GrpAndSelf Show the exact same thing - which is the GrpAndSelf selection.
