I would agree that this is a daunting task. I remember holding my breath the
first time I did it... LOL ! A nice little Delete Overlay vs. Delete
would have been nice in the GUI.

Removing an overlay seems a bit daunting till you do it the first time.
Ensure you are in the 'Best Practice' mode of Dev Studio, highlight the
form with the overlay, and tell it to delete the form.
This seems like it would delete the form, but it deletes the overlay:)
