MidTier 7.1p5 on RHEL 4 I keep seeing the following in the midtier log file: "Error loading saved searches from server remedy.hello.comARERR [623] Authentication failed"
The user does not see the error and when the form finished opening the "Searches" item in the tool bar is grayed out.
