Having done some SNOW training I personally felt it's a shitty product with a very pretty interface.. I don't think you'll get too many cross overs unless the quality of the ServiceNOW product improves a 100 fold.. Recently I heard a big MA based company that switched to SNOW from Remedy switched back in under 2 years..
