This Active Link gives an error "Manifacturer entry is invalid." When trying to click on Search Knowledge Base on an Incident that hasn't been submitted yet (and I imagine there may be other ways to trigger it) despite having a valid Manufacturer filled out. Any ideas on how to get rid of this error other than by disabling the Active Link altogether?
Also, why is BMC incapable of spelling the word "manufacturer" consistently?
