UNCLASSIFIED We have used Veritas clustering with ARS 6.3 patch 21, Help Desk 5.5, SLA 5 on Windows 2003 server with a SQL database since February 2005. It works great; in 3 years, Remedy has not been unavailable for more than 30 minutes. If a server has an issue, it is failed over to the inactive cluster node.
The installing was not so much tricky as required documenting and patience because all of the installs had to be run 3 times. I can provide more details if needed.
