Open the filter CHG:CRQ:ValidateRqst_155 and create overlay and add one more set field in that.
z1D Char01 $Person ID$ from the same form (Current Transaction) The filter already contains the set field from people form. Remember, there are two entries z1d Char01 and z1D_Char01.
