a 1904 error is the error saying Go to ODBC Settings on the box and fix me
Go to ODBC settings, on that box.
If ar system ODBC is not listed add and select Remedy ODBC connection.
Put in server name
Put in userid
Put in Password
Select only the middle 2 check boxes -- only..
Apply
Try again by
Oh and this is set at the user on the box.. not the admin.
I have found that as an admin it makes no diff

I get this same error and BMC is working on it, but there is no
resolution. They can't reproduce this error, and even on some of the
machines in my office we don't get the error.
