Are you able to hit that URL from YOUR workstation without
error?unfortunately, the whole WSDL thing is a weird integration between
client (your workstation) and the server...

routing has been setup from server to server for port 443 only.

What I found that worked better for us was to save the WSDL and load

the filter from disk versus the remote web server. It should allow you to
setup the filter and mappings offline without errors
