Hi Feifei As that works off blastp/fasta results that Artemis expects to be run from the UNIX scripts (e.g. etc/run_blastp) you do not get the option in the windows environment.
If you add this runtime option the button should appear: -Dartemis.environment=UNIX To do this create a shortcut to the Artemis JAR file. Edit the properties of the shortcut and add java -Dartemis.environment=UNIX -jar to the start of the Target: field. (similar to the way of increasing the memory in windows- see the FAQ's http://www.sanger.ac.uk/resources/software/artemis/#faqs) Regards Tim On 10/10/11 2:56 PM, "Feifei Xu" <feifei...@ebc.uu.se> wrote: > Hi! > > ObjectEdit feature works in Mac OS X and Linux version of Artemis.
