Hi Preethi
If you select the features you want to calculate this for and right click on
the BAM panel there is an Analyse¹ menu which provides options to calculate
the counts or RPKM. It will take a while to do the calculation and return a
window with results and a Save¹ option.

Is there a way to get all the counts/rpkms generated by loading the BAM file in
Artemis extracted for all CDSes?
