Hi Astrid, If you do not mind that this is not from the admins, do allow me to offer my opinion on this. You can create a new entry (it should be called noname), set it as default entry (noname on the entry list should now be highlighted yellow) and then create your features (e.g. repeat region).

Hi, I loaded a gff file in artemis which was generated by the annotation pipeline. Can I add features and change the annotation in that same gff file and save it in a different name? I have tried to add a feature, e.g. repeat_region but it says There is no default entry. How should I do?
