[arts-dev] Generating arts_theory.stage1 fails with: No such file or directory

Hi all, When building ARTS, the task "Generating arts_theory.stage1" fails with: /bin/sh: PATH:/usr/bin:: No such file or directory See verbose output in the attachment. For me, just removing the path in front of the makeindex command resolves the problem (see attached patch). Maybe there are
