I am using ARTS to perform some radiative transfer simulations for my master
degree. Currently I am in the process to edit the script
TestHIRS_reference.arts such that it computes the jacobian of the surface
temperature.
This script copies surface_rtprop_agenda__Blackbody_SurfTFromt_

I don't remember exactly when SurfaceBlackbody was introduced, but seems
that you have a too old version not containing it. Oliver can you check?
What I can answer:
You are not really supposed to make changes in agendas_surface.arts. If
you want to use an agenda setup not in agendas_
