Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *rboll...@aptude.com <rboll...@aptude.com>* Title: Business Analyst with *Airlines Industry/ Online Payment* Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 1 Year Contract Assess & identifies business needs; writes use cases & test plans to build and maintain effective process and work flow that satisfy and its customers' requirements. Accuracy and on time delivery are essential qualifications. The Business Analyst identifies and understands business issues and processes. The role defines and documents customer needs to produce functional requirements and provide functional subject matter expertise for development and customer facing teams. The Business Analyst provides comprehensive test cases and oversees thorough testing compliant with business processes. The Business Analyst validates and improves customer requirements by verifying adherence to required functionality in delivered solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, managing customer change requests and providing the customer with ways to improve their processes by effectively using client applications. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and document both internal and external customer requirements; • Confirm and negotiate functional specifications upon activation of a project; • Define and agree with delivery and client a testing regime that defines exit criteria for user acceptance testing; • Provide customer sponsorship of development project by ensuring customer requirements are delivered as per their specification with respect to being involved in the development process; • Develop user acceptance test plans when requested; • Provide technical hands-on expertise where needed; • Ensure highest level of quality is achieved within assignments at all times; • Provide guidance / mentoring to other business analysts in order to improve the knowledge and skills within the team. • Occasional travel when requested • Support product demo to customers when requested Education and Professional Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent work experience required. Experience • 5 years experience in business analysis including experience of building user cases. Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge and experience in online payment processes. • Familiarity with Payment Services Providers is absolute essential. Candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in areas of payment authorization, capture and reporting. • Knowledge Airline Reservation system, including PNR booking, ticketing and EMD preferred but not essential. • Use case development • Knowledge and experience in user experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse groups at various levels of the organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Visio.
