Lead CRM Service Consultant (looking for over 10 years of experience, last
2 projects must have been a lead (not just Sr.)*


*Job Description: *Communication Skills: We are looking for a VERY polished
professional who can articulate well.
In this role you will be integrally involved in support, project
requirements and provide overall support in regards to SAP CRM Services.
You will need to have a wide range of knowledge around functional
configuration that touches the CRM landscape.
You will need to possess a strong ability to learn, lead and collaborate
with CRM team members, Business users as well as technical teams in the
achievement of all goals and initiatives

Gather requirement, do GAP analysis, and assess design and test *enhancements
to CRM 7*
Lead the planning, design and implementation of business process and
systems integration between *SAP CRM* and ancillary systems.
Strong background in all *SAP CRM functions*, especially in the Service
module. Coverage of CRMbusiness processes, functional and technical
components.
Solid background in translation of Business requirements to Functional and
Technical specification.
Experience installing and configuring *SAP CRM* working with BASIS and
putting to use active portal functionality.
Develop and maintain the "business case" supporting business process
re-engineering initiatives, including cost/benefit, quality, cycle time,
ROI and other metrics as appropriate
Develop requirements for the technical architecture supporting the business
systems initiatives.
Develop functional specifications and guide the development of those
programs within the development team.

*Minimum Required Experience:*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
*10+ years*
*SAP CRM 7 Service Expertise*, preferably CRM 7 with CRM 7 Enhancement Pack
2 or 3.
Onsite Service orders
Depot repairs
Contact center
Service contracts

*Additional skills that would be VERY helpful:*
SAP ECC Service
Some Finance understanding,
PI integration and Vertex integration
CRM 7 Interaction Center expertise.
