*Salesforce BA *

*24+ months contract*

*Peoria, IL*

The main function of a Senior SalesForce Business Analyst is to apply SF
expertise and leadership in the development of detailed requirements and
system specifications for major business support and/or development,
integration, and implementation projects.



*Job Responsibilities:*



·                    Develops concepts and alternative solutions based on
issues, customer needs, customer impact, and/or industry trends.



·                    Conducts Business Process Reviews as part of the Agile
development methodology to analyze user needs and software requirements to
determine feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of
time and cost constraints.



·                    Maintains close liaison with customers to assure
business needs and perception of value are met.



·                    Stays informed of new technologies available from SF
and introduces them to the organization.



·                    Develops standard practices for execution of business
processes across functional organizations using SF technologies.



·                    Provides project leadership, expert advice, and
counsel to IT personnel, management and project teams on most complex
aspects of SF development and implementation methods and integration with
other systems.

·                    Verbal and written communication skills, problem
solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.



·                    Manages completion of own work assignments and
coordinates work with others.



·                    Basic ability to work independently and manage ones
time as well as being a collaborative team member.



·                    Based on past experience and knowledge, work
independently with minimal management input and review of end results.



·                    In depth knowledge of SF cloud infrastructure
components and operating environment, data migration and storage, interface
methods, configuration and programming techniques, reporting and
dashboards, and mobile implementations.



·                    Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system
changes as needed to resolve issues.



·                    Strong knowledge of the full software development
lifecycle, utilizing Agile development: from business/systems analysis,
through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to
development, testing and delivery.



·                    High proficiency in SalesForce CRM Sales and Service
Cloud technology and Agile development.



·                    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer
science or equivalent training required.



·                    7-9 years overall industry experience, with 5-7 years
of SalesForce experience required.
