Understanding of Network Monitoring, including but not limited to SNMP and OIDs Experience working with ISPs and interacting with vendors on technical cases · Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, eager to learn, maintains networking skills and can demonstrate effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with little guidance · Excellent communication and technical documentation skills; experience effectively communicating with technical and non-technical audiences · Demonstrate efficient and effective use of problem-solving, troubleshooting, project management and task prioritization to solve complex network challenges *Preferred Qualifications: * · Hands on experience with Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers Hands on experience with Brocade routers and switches Coding and scripting experience. · Have experience with cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, etc) production deployments.
