Duration: 18 Months Visa: GC & USC Only Interview: Skype Client: USAID *9-10+ Years of Exp required* *Job Description:* Sr. UI/Web Developer to support a government client. The Sr. UI/Web Developer will develop using modern, frontend web development tools, techniques, and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing interfaces and is comfortable working in an agile and lean environment to routinely deploy changes. *Duties and Responsibilities: *(Please provide this information in list form) ØFrontend web development using modern techniques and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks like LESS and SASS, Responsive Design, Bourbon, Twitter, Bootstrap) ØJavaScript development using modern standards, including strict mode compliance, modularization techniques and tools, and frameworks and libraries (e.g., jQuery, MV* frameworks such as Backbone.js and Ember.js, D3) ØConsuming RESTful APIs ØUsing and working in team environments that use agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean) ØUse of version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub ØEnsuring Section 508 Compliance ØQuickly researching and learning new programming tools and techniques ØUsing and working with open source solutions and community ØCreating web layouts from static images ØCreating views and templates in full-stack frameworks like Rails, Express, or Django *Education and Years of Experience: * *Minimum/General Experience: * Eight (8) years of progressive experience, of which four (4) must be specialized in programming and systems analysis of Web-based programming languages.
