Hi Ashish,
In ASN.1 there are different kinds of encoding like PER, BER, DER ,
CER and many more. Basic Encoding Rules (BER) follows the TLV format, where
as PER follows altogether
a different approach of encoding(Preamble Bits ,
Hello,

Hello,
I am not sure whether this is the right mailing list to ask about ECN.
If there is a separate mailing list for ECN do let me know.
I would also like to know whether the encoding control standard (ITU-T Rec.

Thanks Regards,
Hello,
I have a query regarding the ASN.1 Version specified in H.323
Version 3 standard and T.38 standard.
H.225 version 3 and H.245 version 5 specifies the following ASN.1
Versions:
ITU-T Recommendation X.680 (1994): Information Technology - Abstract
Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) -
is a type of encoding. Think of it as the high level
language, and the object code.
