Seriously, I am glad that the the CBI is looking into this. This spate of
rhino killings must be some organized effort which includes powerful people,
maybe even Bangladeshis, 'illegal aliens',

The heading might be typical and astonishing.But ture. While I was serving at
Air force Station Dinjan, I was close with one retired assamese officer working
as LPG agency manager.His daughter was married in 1997 to one young man with
ambition and good business ,who later shifted to
CBI is more effective when investigating states' issues. It has no power in
Delhi matters where its bosses are under the influence.
So maybe they can do something in Assam - or maybe corruption has to higher
levels. In globalization anything is possible. Maybe the corrupt in the states

I too don't have that much confidence that the CBI will be able to do a
great job.
But I do think it is the right step. At the very least, such a probe will
put the condition of rhinos in focus. Every international wildlife assoc.
and funding authority will also be looking for results from
Accoding to Minister , Rockybul Hussain (Environment Forests, Tourism,
Printing Stationery and Information Public Relations) , there will be a
Food Craft Institute Technical University at Nagaon,Assam.
