brought it up, and I was replying to him mail.
Alpana's email got hacked. Many people were getting emails supposedly from
her. - even I got one, and responded back.

Anybody in the know on how many Community Colleges are in Assam currently -
Community College, not Junior Colleges that provide only 11th and 12th
grades/classes.
Community Colleges that would provide Associate
degree/Diploma/certificate/prepare students directly for the job market
