I am not fully aware whether in Assam a certain portion of jobs and
contracts are reserved for ex-militants? I have heard SULFA guys were
given jobs and money.
In any case, such policies may only encourage some to take
surprising that militants are getting all the contracts ---what happened to their focus on their cause and letting the general public set up the business system. Maybe, the militants are like the mafia - who are just trying to get political mileage by supposedly having a public casue -whereas it
