Congratulations to Kharkhowa Californians ( KCs) for venturing to
hold a non-denominational, yet inclusive 'bor-xobaah' in 2006. As
ex-Californians who have a lot of goodwill towards and attachments to
the progressive attitudes of the folks in the Golden State, we sure
hope to attend. And I

Actually there were quite a few. The ones I remember (I hope

What I liked best was the informal dancing that took place to the songs of
Jitul Sonowal and others. I think there was 100% participation in these
dances, led by Biraj Bhuyan, Kamal Sarma, Ganesh Bora, Sangeeta Duorah,
Partha Gogoi's wife, and many others.

Hello again, Everybod
It is especially touching to learn that the entire event had been planned and executed almost single handedly by Mr.Sunil Nath. The event seemed to be a masterstroke par excellence by Mr.Das.He really deserves a pat on his back for the magnificent job.BTW,I missed Ram Gopal Sarangapani's " Tandab

You are right. I forgot to mention all that participated in the 'mukoli Bihu'. It was very nice to watch everyone having so much fun. I enjoy that very much watching that and stay put on wherever I am, just to see that..not that I am shy or anything. :)
